Take regular breaks

If you are facing trouble while concentrating on work, take short breaks. Taking short breaks can help you increase your productivity level. Go to talk to someone or listen to your favorite song. These things can lift your mood. Or take a power nap. Keep an alarm of 15 mins and take a nap. After waking up, wash your face, and get back to work. You will definitely feel fresh and more energetic.

Have your snacks strategically

Having a large meal will definitely make you feel lazy and sleepy, especially if it’s rich in carbohydrates. For example, rice can make you feel sleepy.
